Terms of Use
Effective October 16, 2026
These terms are a contract between you and BEDROCKdr LLC ("BEDROCKdr", "we", "us"), 200 Byron Nelson Dr, Mebane, NC 27302. By using bedrockdr.com or asking us for sample emails, you agree to them. If you use the site for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you're allowed to.
1. What these terms cover
They cover this website and the free sample emails we offer on it. Paid work for a client is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides (the "client agreement"). Where the client agreement and these terms differ, the client agreement controls.
2. Who can use this site
This site is for businesses. You must be at least 18 and using it for a business purpose. Don't use it if the law where you are doesn't allow you to.
3. The free sample emails
When you ask for samples, we research up to three decision makers who match what you tell us about your best clients and write the email we'd send each one. They're free, and asking for them doesn't commit you or us to anything. We may decline a request, for example if it falls in a market we've already given to another client.
The samples are for you to judge our work. They're drafts, written from public information on the date we checked it. If you send any of them yourself, you're the sender: you're responsible for checking it, for your own claims in it, and for following the email laws that apply to you.
4. How the service works
For a client, we research business owners and decision makers who fit the client's written definition of its best clients, write to them on the client's behalf, answer their replies, and book the ones who want to talk onto the client's calendar, with a short brief before each meeting. Nothing is sent in a client's name until the client has approved the copy, and we send from separate domains in a name the client approves.
We market and schedule. We don't sell, quote, negotiate or close the client's services, and nothing we write is legal, tax, security, financial or other professional advice.
5. The guarantee and results
The homepage promise, "six meetings in 60 days, or the misses are on us", means this: a client pays only for meetings that are actually held, as the client agreement defines them, and never for a meeting that doesn't happen. A held meeting is one where a decision maker who fits the client's written definition agreed to talk and attended. The client confirms or disputes each one within two business days, and we don't bill a meeting the client disputes. The 60 days start on the day the first emails are sent.
It isn't a promise that any number of meetings will happen, that any meeting turns into a client, or of any revenue. Results depend on the market, the offer, and how each meeting goes, which we don't control.
6. Your market
"Your market is yours alone" means that while a client agreement is active, we don't run meeting campaigns for a competing firm aimed at the same industries in the same states, as set out in that agreement. It doesn't stop anyone else from contacting those businesses, and it doesn't stop a business we contact from talking to anyone it chooses.
7. A client's part
A client gives us an accurate definition of its best clients and is responsible for every statement about its own services, credentials, and results. It confirms it has the right to any name, logo, or other material it gives us to use. It approves copy before anything is sent. Under the federal CAN-SPAM Act the client is the sender of emails that promote its services and we send them on its behalf, so both of us carry duties under that law. The client agreement sets out the details.
8. How we email people
Every email we send names who it's from, carries a valid postal address, and tells the reader how to stop. Its subject line reflects what's in it. Anyone who asks us to stop is removed the same day we see the request, and within 10 business days at the latest, as CAN-SPAM requires. We keep one do-not-contact list across all our clients, so someone who opts out never hears from us again for any client, and no business owner gets emails from us for two clients within 90 days.
9. What's on this site
The example emails are written about real businesses. Each fact in them is marked and comes from a public record or the company's own website, with its source and the date we checked it. Naming a business doesn't mean it endorses us or has worked with us. The calendars, the brief, and the people and firms in them, including Mark Hadley and Hadley & Price, are made up to show how the service works.
The reviews come from clients of Avery Clark's freelance marketing work. They describe that work, not results of this meeting service.
The canyon art is from William Henry Holmes's "Panorama from Point Sublime", published by the U.S. Geological Survey in 1882, which is in the public domain.
10. Our content and your license
Apart from the public-domain art, the site's text, design, code, and examples belong to BEDROCKdr. You may view and share pages for your own business use. You may use samples we write for you to evaluate our work. Our research methods, software, prompts, lists, and know-how stay ours, including anything we learn while doing the work.
11. What you agree not to do
Don't copy the site in bulk, scrape it, or use bots to collect from it. Don't probe, test or attack its security, or interfere with how it runs. Don't send us information you don't have the right to share, or someone else's details without their permission. Don't use the site or our samples for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.
12. Other websites
Links to other sites, including the sources behind our examples, are for reference. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. It's part of these terms.
14. Disclaimer
The site and the free sample emails are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Public information can change after we check it, and we don't warrant that any fact remains current or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
15. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, BEDROCKdr and its members, employees and contractors won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from this site or the free sample emails, even if told they were possible. Our total liability for all claims about this site and the free samples is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Liability for paid work is set by the client agreement.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.
16. Your responsibility to us
You'll defend and compensate BEDROCKdr, its members, employees and contractors for claims, losses and reasonable legal costs that come from your breach of these terms, information you send us that you didn't have the right to share, or emails you send yourself using our samples.
17. Disputes
North Carolina law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute comes up, write to us first. We'll both try in good faith to settle it within 30 days. If we can't, the state or federal courts located in North Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Each side brings claims only on its own behalf, not as part of a class or representative action, to the extent the law allows.
18. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply from that date and don't affect a dispute that arose before it. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
19. The rest
These terms, the Privacy Policy, and any client agreement are the whole agreement about their subject. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms without our written consent; we may transfer them with our business. Neither side is responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control. You agree that notices and agreements between us can be electronic, as federal law (the E-SIGN Act) and North Carolina's Uniform Electronic Transactions Act allow.
